Guest Terms of Service

By accessing or using PurpleYeast websites, mobile applications, demo forms, or related online services, you agree to these Guest Terms of Service.

If you use PurpleYeast on behalf of a restaurant, brand, franchise, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the service under that organization's account or invitation.

PurpleYeast may enter into separate agreements with restaurants, brands, franchise operators, or other business customers. Those agreements may control access to paid products, administrative features, customer data, billing, and service levels.

If there is a conflict between these Guest Terms and a written customer agreement that applies to your organization, the customer agreement controls for the conflicting subject matter.

You may use PurpleYeast only for lawful business, operational, evaluation, or informational purposes and only as permitted by your role, invitation, or customer account.

• Keep account credentials secure and do not share access with unauthorized users.
• Provide accurate information when submitting forms, requests, purchase records, schedule requests, receipt images, or other content.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws, workplace policies, and customer instructions.

You agree not to misuse PurpleYeast or interfere with the service.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features you are not authorized to access.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or probe the service except as expressly authorized in writing.
• Do not use PurpleYeast to send spam, fraudulent communications, or abusive messages.

You are responsible for content you submit to PurpleYeast, including notes, images, inventory counts, purchase details, schedule requests, and other operational records.

You grant PurpleYeast the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and back up submitted content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

PurpleYeast may connect with third-party services such as POS systems, payment systems, messaging providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, and other integrations.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. PurpleYeast is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

PurpleYeast may send service, support, security, operational, demo, or account-related communications. You may be able to manage certain notification preferences in the product or through your device settings.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of PurpleYeast at any time. We may also update these Guest Terms as the service changes.

If you continue using PurpleYeast after updated terms become effective, you accept the updated terms.

PurpleYeast is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Operational recommendations, alerts, inventory estimates, cost calculations, and task suggestions are informational tools. Users remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to act on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PurpleYeast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Guest Terms, created security or legal risk, or used the service in a way that may harm PurpleYeast, customers, users, or others.

These Guest Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the PurpleYeast entity identified in the company details on this page, without regard to conflict of law principles.
